Sewer Service Rates
ATTENTION: Water and sewer rates to change, effective 2nd cycle November 2021. To encourage conservation and allow for water infrastructure improvements, the City of Lockhart adjusted sewer rates to factor in customers' meter size, and winter average usage. You'll notice these changes in November's second billing cycle.
