Rates may be revised, if needed, on an annual basis from date of implementation
Electric Connection Fees
$25.00 install/activate a meter and take a reading.
$15.00 if the meter is in place and City just reads the meter.
$5.00 on rental property, if the landlord, manager, or agent reads the meter themselves with the tenant. (Move-in / Move-Out Form)
Deposits are refunded to the utility account after 12 months if the account has a good payment record of no delinquencies, disconnects for non-payment, or returned checks.
Utility Account Customers: Please remember that you can utilize the on-line Utility Account method to make a payment, view utility comsumption history or to print your payment history. If you have questions about viewing your utility billing information on-line, please call Customer Service Department at (512) 398-3461.
