Fees, Deposits and Rules Governing City Parks & City Facilities

LEAGUE USE
  |   (NON-LEAGUE USE)

Leagues wishing to reserve park fields or facilities shall be charged as listed below per field per season. When a field has been prepared for a game, no use of that field will be allowed for any other activity except by the team/league that prepared that field.

Special Tournament/Playoff Games
Fees and deposits shall be same per day per field as listed in Non-League use

Season League Use (Softball, Little League, Soccer, Flag Football, Youth Football, etc..)
Deposit per field per season$100.00
Fee per field per season$100.00

Permit Process
Any league new or existing when applying for a use permit for league play on any City facility must provide the following information along with the application, fees and deposits.

  • Financial Report from previous season showing beginning and ending balances, revenue and sources, and expense categories such as but not limited to field maintenance/game preparation, referee, uniforms, concessions, insurance and advertisement costs.


  • By-Laws of organization


  • Games rules of activity


  • List of teams in league


  • Season schedule


  • List of League Board of Directors and any sub-committees along with their names, telephone numbers and mailing addresses.

Permits will not be approved unless all of the above information is provided with the permit application.
