The Parks and Recreation Department maintains all seven parks in Lockhart, totaling 94.9 acres. Our services include mowing, tree trimming, litter pick-up, watering, and building maintenance. The City Parks department also maintains the city cemetery.
We have many activities in our various parks. We have playscape equipment, picnic tables, ball fields, and public swimming pool. The swimming pool and sheltered areas in the the city park are available for rental for those interested in private parties.

Lion's Park: 403 South Colorado (across from HEB)
Santos Arredondo Park: 317 North Commerce
Navarro Springs Park: 800 North Blanco
Nueces Park: 315 Nueces
North Pecos Park: 831 North Pecos
