| | City Council Agendas
City Council agendas provide a detailed description of business to be considered during a City Council meeting, which are held the first and third Tuesday of each month.
Any citizen is welcome to come and speak/present an issue to the Council during Citizen's Comments at a Council meeting. The Council will then decide if they wish to address this item on a future agenda and will direct staff at that time. Please bear in mind that under Citizens Comments, your issue is not on the agenda and therefore Council cannot respond to your comments, but can only direct staff after hearing your concerns. If staff is directed to add your issue to a future Council agenda, it is at that Council meeting where your issue is listed on the agenda that Council can discuss and/or take action on the item. Staff will notify you of the Council meeting date on which your issue will appear.
Any person that has an item on the agenda must contact the City Secretary's office on the Tuesday at noon prior to the Council meeting date. You may also contact the office for a copy or electronic format of an agenda that is not listed.
