The City of Lockhart Utility Billing / Customer Service Department provides customer service/support. This is the location to apply for new service and disconnection of existing service. At City Hall, customers can pay bills, resolve questions, request meter rereads, and check account balances.
The City provides electric, water and sewer service, and a once week garbage pick-up service. Electricity is purchased wholesale from LCRA http://www.lcra.org/energy/index.html
We provide payment drop boxes accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. One is located behind City Hall on W. Market Street, and the other is located on the building at W. San Antonio.
NOTICE: Due to website maintenance, on-line payments for Utility bills and Municipal Court fines will not be available on Friday, November 11, 2016. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Utility Account Customers: Please remember that you can utilize the on-line Utility Account method to make a payment, view utility consumption history or to print your payment history.
