The City of Lockhart Human Resource Department provides services to all City departments in the areas of recruitment, employee orientation, payroll, records maintenance, benefits monitoring, job classifications and information dissemination. In addition, this department is responsible for various employee programs that include workers compensation, group health, dental and life insurance, retirement, and unemployment compensation.
