The Lockhart Technology Center has been providing high-speed computer access and award-winning training to citizens of Lockhart and Caldwell County for over five years. The center is open from 9 am to 9 pm Mondays through Thursdays and from 9 am to 5 pm on Fridays. Visitors have unlimited use of the facility’s computers, printers, and scanner; knowledgeable staff are on hand to help when difficulties arise.
The center offers classes for beginners, work skills training in all the Microsoft Office products, and an introductory class in Photoshop. An internet and e-mail class de-mystifies internet technology in general and provides valuable training in internet research and communications skills. Other classes such as digital photography and photo restoration reveal new possibilities for home computing.

We also proctor exams for residents taking online and correspondence classes with various universities. Please make arrangements for proctoring services well in advance of your exam date.
