Residential $20.75 fixed monthly charges (includes 2M gal usage) per living unit
All Others $30.00 fixed month charge (includes 2M gal usage) per unit and/or living unit
Customers outside the city limits will be charged a fixed monthly rate of $2.00 in addition to the rates above.
Water Service Deposits
Water Connection Fees
- $25.00 if the City is required to go to the site and install/activate a meter.
- $15.00 if the meter is in place and City just reads the meter.
- $5.00 on rental property, if the landlord, manager, or agent reads the meter themselves with the tenant. (Move-in / Move-Out Form)
Deposits are refunded to the utility account after 12 months if the account has a good payment record of no delinquencies, disconnects for non-payment, or returned checks.
