Agendas
The Zoning Board of Ajustment agendas provide a detailed description of business to be considered during a meeting, which are held the first Monday of the month, only if there are items that are pending their review.
Any citizen is welcome to come and speak/present an issue to the Board during Citizen's Comments at a Board meeting. The Board will then decide if they wish to address this item on a future agenda and will direct staff at that time. Please bear in mind that under Citizens Comments, your issue is not on the agenda and therefore the Board cannot respond to your comments, but can only direct staff after hearing your concerns. If staff is directed to add your issue to a future Board agenda, it is at that Board meeting where your issue is listed on the agenda that the Board can discuss and/or take action on the item. Staff will notify you of the Board meeting date on which your issue will appear.
