Agendas
Planning & Zoning agendas provide a detailed description of business to be considered during a Planning & Zoning meeting, which are held the second & fourth Wednesday of each month.
Any citizen is welcome to come and speak/present an issue to the Commission during Citizen's Comments at a Commission meeting. The Commission will then decide if they wish to address this item on a future agenda and will direct staff at that time. Please bear in mind that under Citizens Comments, your issue is not on the agenda and therefore the Commission cannot respond to your comments, but can only direct staff after hearing your concerns. If staff is directed to add your issue to a future Commission agenda, it is at that Commission meeting where your issue is listed on the agenda that the Commission can discuss and/or take action on the item. Staff will notify you of the Commission meeting date on which your issue will appear.
