Time Warner Cable currently provides Lockhart’s local access channel on Channel 10. Beginning August 11, 2008, TWC will broadcast the access channel signal digitally to improve picture and audio quality. The channel number will not change; you can still view the channel on Channel 10. However, you will need a TWC digital converter to continue to see the channel on your basic or standard lineup.
TWC will provide digital converter boxes free of charge for one year to customers. These converters will have the capability to add the Lockhart access channel to your cable lineup without changing the remainder of the cable services you receive.
To request a digital converter box, you may visit your local TWC office or may contact TWC Customer Service at (512) 485-5555 or toll-free at (800) 418-8848. Boxes requested by telephone through TWC’s Customer Service Center will be mailed to your home with easy installation instructions for your convenience.
