According to the Caldwell County Office of Emergency Management, COVID-19 testing and vaccinations at the Scott Annex (1403 Blackjack St.) will be unavailable Labor Day weekend: September 4, 5, and 6. Testing and vaccinations resume Tuesday, September 7th, at 8 a.m.
Also, availability of these services at the Scott Annex have been extended to October 9, 2021. Here are the hours:
COVID-19 Rapid testing and vaccine clinic (Pfizer and Moderna)
Scott Annex (1403 Blackjack, look for tents)
8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
NO APPOINTMENTS NEEDED
BEFORE YOU HEAD OVER:
- Don't forget to bring a form of ID
- If you're under 18, bring a parent or guardian with you.
- Masks required!
**According to Caldwell County, if you don't have a state issued ID (i.e. a driver's license, Texas ID, etc.), your name, address, and contact information will be manually entered in the system. Your contact information will ONLY be used to notify you of your test results.
