Water Service Rates

Residential $23.60 fixed monthly charges (includes 2,000 gallons of usage) per living unit.

All other customers: $34.33 fixed month charge (includes 2,000 gallons of usage) per unit:

 

Additional charges apply for usage beyond 2,000 gallons:

 

$4.80 per 1,000 gallons	between 2,001-6,000 gallons
$5.05 per 1,000 gallons	between 6,001-8,000 gallons
$5.30 per 1,000 gallons	between 8,001 - 10,000 gallons
$6.05 per 1,000 gallons	greater than 10,000

 Customers outside the city limits will be charged a fixed monthly rate of $5.00 in addition to the rates above.

Water Service Deposits

Residential	$50.00
All Others	Minimum $75.00

 

Water Connection Fees 

• $25.00 if the City is required to go to the site and install/activate a meter.
• $15.00 if the meter is in place and City just reads the meter.
• $5.00 on rental property, if the landlord, manager, or agent reads the meter themselves with the tenant. (Move-in / Move-Out Form)

Deposits are refunded to the utility account after 12 months if the account has a good payment record of no delinquencies, disconnects for non-payment, or returned checks.
