    We have transitioned to My Government Online for all Building and Planning Permit request. Create an account at www.mgoconnect.org to submit permit request online.

    Call Texas811 Before You Dig! 
    Planning to do outdoor work that involves digging 18 inches or more?  Call Texas811 (dial 8-1-1) to receive this FREE service.  Texas811 will send a technician to mark the location of underground utility lines. The confirmation number from your call must be included on the Permit Request Form prior to submittal.

  • Special Activity Permit and Event Street Closure
    Due to time constraints, street closure applications must be entirely complete at time of application, i.e. proof of insurance with the City of Lockhart as an additional insured, a traffic control plan by a professional barricade company sign off by residents, etc.
