In the February 1, 2022 City Council meeting, the City of Lockhart's special counsel for redistricting, Mr. Syd Falk of Bickerstaff, Heath, Delgado, & Acosta, LLP, presented the firm's Initial Assessment showing Councilmembers' districts are sufficiently out of population balance; therefore, requiring redistricting.
