J.A.C.K., rather the new Justified Automated Collections Kiosks, have been installed at Lockhart City Hall and Municipal Court.
They are designed to be another convenient tool for you to have the ability to pay your utility bill 24/7 without having to stand in line. Aside from utilities, you can also use these kiosks to pay for traffic tickets and fines. They accept cash, credit card, and personal checks. No additional fee will be added if you choose to pay with your credit card.
