Residents and businesses affected by this portion of the project have been notified, prior to their street being resurfaced.  They are anticipated to be completed within a week.

More streets are scheduled to be included in this project in the next coming days. Please refer to the City of Lockhart’s website and social media channels for updates. Residents and businesses will also be notified before resurfacing begins.

If your street is included in this project, here’s what you need to know:

  • Vehicles should not be parked on the street from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
  • The street will have limited access to vehicular traffic. Pay attention to traffic barricades and signs to guide you through the construction, as needed.
  • If the street is completely closed, no traffic will be permitted through the barricaded area.
  • Weather and environmental conditions, along with equipment issues and schedule conflicts, may affect the completion of your street resurfacing. If that’s the case, it will be rescheduled once conditions are ideal.
