To ensure the Lockhart Animal Shelter’s dogs and cats find loving homes, we are waiving adoption fees for two weeks to qualified adopters. An adopter’s qualification is determined upon filling out and submitting an application to shelter staff. Eligible animals for free adoption are fully vaccinated and spayed/neutered.
