UPDATE: Due to potential severe inclement weather forecasted for Friday morning, the Veterans' Day parade has been canceled.

On Friday, November 11, various downtown streets will be shut down to traffic to make way for the Caldwell County Veteran Services' Veterans' Day Parade. Those streets include Guadalupe St., from Live Oak to Market Sts., Market St., from Guadalupe to Commerce Sts., and Commerce St., from Market to Prairie Lea Sts.
These closures will begin at 7:30 a.m. with the parade starting at 9 a.m. These streets will be reopened once the parade concludes at 10:30 a.m.
Please plan accordingly and be mindful of increased pedestrian activity in the area. Thank you for your cooperation, Lockhart!
