A public open house on the City of Lockhart's Comprehensive Plan will be held on Thursday, September 14, at 5 p.m. at the third floor of the Dr. Eugene Clark Library. This is an opportunity for the community to learn more about the Comprehensive Plan, its process and provide feedback on priorities for the city’s growth and development. The Plan will serve as a guide for policy decisions relating to the physical development of Lockhart in the next 20 years.
