On Wednesday, November 29, construction crews will be installing a turn lane into the Lockhart Farms Apartments along W. San Antonio St./SH 142, from Borchert Dr. to City Line Rd. To accommodate construction activities, lanes will be shifted from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
