We are experiencing network issues at Lockhart City Hall affecting phone service, internet, and the in-house electronic utility payment system.
However, 9-1-1 is still in service, along with the utility emergency number (512)398-4401; ext. 1.
If you’re planning on stopping by to pay your utility bill at City Hall today, we cannot accept credit or debit card payments at this time. Cash or check utility payments will be accepted.
